I'm new in town and had to throw a dart to get our transmission looked at in our Explorer. It landed in this place. I was skeptical at first when I pulled up because there were so many cars on-site, and I was concerned with how quickly they could get my car looked at. Apparently there are so many cars there because of the great work they do. Not only did they look at my vehicle the same day, but when they identified the problem, they went out of their way to find the most affordable way to address it. There's still a chance I have to get the transmission replaced down the road, but instead they encouraged me to try a very affordable fix that often takes care of the problem completely. In their own words, "why try to fix the whole thing when this may do the trick and you don't have to pay for a new one?" Never once did they try to upsell me, they looked at it multiple times to try to get a good feel for the issue, and not only did they not charge me a fee just for having it looked at (which I have experienced at other places several times) they didn't even charge me labor, just for the fluid that we are going to try. It's a family owned business, and they certainly earned mine.
